  1. I`m disabled. I ate sardines and crackers for breakfast. I eat that daily. Luckily today there were ripe blackberries outside, some green beans, and fresh lettuce and collards. I have to grow fresh produce or I get none. I planted 12 fruit trees this year and strawberries. Waiting on cucumbers and carrots. Rain ruined my potatoes. So no potatoes this year.
