Eat sardines, whole wheat crackers, fruits/berries for sweets, no sugar or sugary drinks, and some raw vegetables. Healthy oils like real animal fats, olive and coconut oil can be added to sauteed vegetables & beans/peas. It`s best to grow your own fruits, berries, grapes and vegetables. Fig, peach, mulberry, blackberry, blueberry, apple, pears etc produce a lot. It isn`t hard to grow a lot of sweet potatoes, salad greens, green beans, peas, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, ground cherries, squash, melons, turnips, beets, carrots and potatoes. YouTube CENSORS keep deleting my GARDENING COMMENTS!!!!
