I think you can look at this in a positive way.
There adopting black culture/persona from the u.s.
Look at it. It's the exact opposite of what Japanese woman have been taught.
To be quite, qaint, subservient, etc.
In Japanese society woman have less rights then the men.
Then they see this aspect of black woman in the u.s. Bold, outspoken, powerful.
And they fight it liberating.
They see "oh those woman do wtf they want, like "boss bitch".
I can completely understand. They feel empowered and there having fun. They've simply said "fuck it" to the prescribed "cutesy" archetype.
From a middle aged male living in the west, it's obvious. And also good on them, there genius, changing there own self limiting cultural narrative, 👏 bravo.
It has nothing to do with stealing culture and rather wanting to empower themselfs.
If you can see that, put your glasses on 😁
