  1. 100% percent need to wear a bowl attached to a spandex belt, held up by suspenders. Imagine overalls, with a cutout and a bowl attached where heart is. Should be wearing this since day one. She talks about exercise and stamina. Working out on a stationary bike doing cardio for 30min a day would solve many issues. Very inspiring aside.
