  2. It seems to do exactly the opposite of what it states. It actually separates people. Instead we should educate people on "general human compassion" . Educate people patience, and tolerance in general. What they seem to do is create this alienated state of "hyper awareness" towards anything critical. Meaning they now have everyone walking on eggshells. This seems to be a very backwards approach to what is advertised as a system to make people's life's better, no? You may be hoodwinked easily and fall in line with news headings and procedure. But actual thinking individuals observe the intentions and motivations behind these work practices. There outcomes are divisive, and don't create any of the results that they claim to. I would love to explain more to you, but afraid I can't, try critical thinking on your own though.​ @thelightwithin3336
