  1. There will always be some form of balance. Yes most retail stores are gone, and that will continue. The only stores to survive are stores like Costco, Walmart, Amazon. And that's good in a way. Everything you need in those stores. Just simplify shit, you really only need to step foot in Walmart and Costco. And that's the balance. There will always be huge profit for businesses that appeal to the masses and fulfill staple needs. Aka Walmart and Costco. You can get a used Toyota for sub 5k. The only people going broke are those shopping at Gucci. And good 👍. For the person who drives a used Japanese car, shops at big department stores. Maybe has a small balcony garden. Those people are saving good money. Getting 10 percent back yearly on a s and p index fund. I see no recession, I only see people who can't do math.
