  4. So what is tokyo doing right. We simply have to ask what tokyo the highest populated city in the world is doing right. Because there streets are extremely clean, there is barely any homeless or drug use in the open. And you can rent a full house 3 bed, 2 bath for $1000, 10 min from the subway which connects you to the city within 1 hour.

  5. 5:20 who cares what new York wants... There city is falling apart. They have enough empty commercial buildings there to house every homeless person well, 3x over. I do not feel bad for any place that sits on bulk unoccupied real estate like new York. People freezing in the streets and huge vacant buildings all around. Cities that operate backwards, well, operate backwards.

  7. You can buy a house in mexico brand new 100 sqaure metres, with toilet, shower, kitchen. All basic. But you can buy that for 10k, including the land it sits on of coarse. And in a place where its warm majority of the year, with simular crime stats as america, if not less in the rural areas.
