  1. 5:20 who cares what new York wants... There city is falling apart. They have enough empty commercial buildings there to house every homeless person well, 3x over. I do not feel bad for any place that sits on bulk unoccupied real estate like new York. People freezing in the streets and huge vacant buildings all around. Cities that operate backwards, well, operate backwards.
