  2. Duh 🙄. Without a doubt this is the way to go. If you destabilize the middle class, your crime goes way up. Which 100x more expensive for infrastructure to recover from. Just look at NYC for an example. If you provide these homes, people are happy. I understand that existing home owners want to see high return on there homes. If this is there priority they should go into stocks. The priority for housing is to provide fair housing. If you take that away from middle class you will see hell. Again look at NYC. Basically if you don't let people live fair and honest, life based on the minimum wage, you'll collapse your own empire. Good luck.
