Told parole officer he fantasized about intercourse with minors previously in 2000. Was he on the sex offenders list with DNA sample taken. When was his DNA sample on database / taken... BBC article implies in 2018 not 99/2000 or between. "When the investigation was relaunched by Northumbria Police in 2017, officers took DNA samples from 829 men identified as having connections to Nikki, the Wear Garth flat block, Old Exchange building and general Hendon area, the court heard. Only Mr Boyd's DNA profile matched that found on Nikki's T-shirts and leggings, Det Insp Chris Deavin told jurors." Also how did parole office 99/2000 not check his prior addresses and see he was a neighbour to this girl in 92?! Or police in Allen investigation know of his 86 prior?

There is more to the news and important judicial, law enforcement matters than immigration. David Boyd had priors to this conviction, convicted indecent assault of a 9 year old in 99, 10 year old in 86. He told parole office he had fantasized intercourse with children previously yet they didn't solve this case sooner when he was this girl's neighbour. They didn't match his DNA until a mass testing in 2018, which says he didn't have DNA on a database for his previous known actions (which weren't rape) So an important public, law discussion is what are the current requirements for recent and historical offences to get DNA on a database or on the sex offenders list. Surely he would have been suspect immediately if he was when reinvestigated or prior in 92.!! He was a pedophile and murderer out loose on the streets not on a database or police, parole office or laws they were negligent.

  11. Is it indoctrination of same sex relationships, marriages with how the children are being raised. With shame, sin, fear of rejection by God, family being attached to anything else by the parents possibly their church, community, friends, relatives. It's not a childhood free of indoctrination, it's chosen indoctrination. The mother has said they believe it's a sin to have sexual relations prior to marriage or anything other than hetrosexual, that is the families chosen beliefs but also indoctrination, boundaries of approval for the children.

Would those earlier crimes meet the requirements then and now. Do we need to collect DNA from other prior convictions of similar nature. Also how did parole office 99/2000 not check his prior addresses and see he was a neighbour to this girl in 92?! Or police in Allen investigation know of his 86 prior?
