Fortunately it's not America. His weapons a knife or vehicle, police a taser, skill, bravery and body vests were sufficient. I would have hoped, thought he would have been tracked by CCTV being UK city and found sooner though, before he killed the caretaker, depends when that was to be fair to the police.

Police officers uniforms did not look black either... It's the camera / direction of sun. The homeless/vulnerable persons home footage he had a light grey top underneath. Dreadlocks.. short or twists or other hairstyle just what witness used to describe / distance/shock.?

@asassynation9955 Top here has similar logo on left chest as in other footage (trying to go in window)... Think it's same black top and he was wearing a hat not hoodie. Has changed clothes though, jeans, belt not sweatpants.

@DJWESG1 Labour, Tony Blair, Iraq.? The interviews, statements the government, Tories made did mimic the police in that they are keeping an open mind on the motive (including covering unit for terrorism just assisted not leading investigation). From interviews of witnesses no suggestion it would be terrorism related, they gave descriptions of sounds and no one said he spoke (anything religious or terrorism related) just that he was calm leaving the first stabbings.
