  1. ​ @abugina  When I read the Gov fact sheet on illegal immigration, it stated they can choose to return to their birth/home country or deport to another country willing to 'consider' their claim (or Rwanda). The first person detained for deportation, the news stated he chose the option to go to Rwanda. We will see if other countries publicly state they are willing to consider their asylum claims (especially European).. if they don't, they are not that different to the UK. Ireland commenters are already majoritively return these people to UK, when have entered via NI. (However YouTube is not fully representational).

  2. Not sure it's just prove your status.. criminal history vulnerabilities.. If judges and goverments deem some countries to have a law enforcement/ Judiciary system/ laws / culture not similar to their 'standard' of safety, proficiency, how can a country be sure an asylum seeker or migrant hasn't committed serious crimes. Many countries may have a non reporting culture or situation... Then you simply can't trust their 'criminal history' or lack of. Would you allow a random person to live in your home, with your children without a full criminal history that a judge would trust/ deem potentially representative.
