@mymom1488 You keep saying cerebral palsy, atleast 2 videos. However I searched condition with her name, no article speaks of her having that medical condition and she said in court no prior treatment for mental health. Her father did say she has had health problems (I think since birth), 12 surgeries including fluid in her neck and was bullied, called a monster. Judge, news I think would have then covered any learning or understanding difficulties, disorders or brain conditions. But yes, her health could have deteriorated and need further investigation that could effect her thinking, if could (such as brain tumor etc..) plus further psychological assessment, assessment of understanding level etc..
