@caterinawilliams998 The school was near entrance to a road, I think it could have been downhill from where the land rover was (from memory of street map search). It should be compulsory for schools to have bollard/fencing secure enough to protect from such a situation. The building was part of a fairly recent development, councils planning permission, building signing off, should be responsible for health and safety of the children, not just education authorities. Especially if potential area the children play or wait. Seems to be no discussion of that.
