  1. Could rolls Royce owners have selected the option to not have a gps tracker?.. Sounds more logical, so why did the owners not want a GPS tracker?...How did they earn the money for a 700k vehicle... may answer that question.

  4.  @buddyrichable1  I didn't assert blame or define them as crooks. I said they may have chosen not to have the GPS tracker, rather than it not be an available option. That how they earn may answer why. Or could be a job position / other role, reason that makes them vulnerable or targeted. It maybe because they don't trust such systems to not be hacked, supply their whereabouts for targeted theft or kidnap of influential/important person/s etc.. Which doesn't require them to be 'crooks' or wealthy. But yes, the super rich can be crook or ethically questionable. Often super wealth involves an unethical cost from others (monopolies / job insecurities / poor work, safety standards / environmental cost etc.. abroad in third world/lower GDP countries or local).
