@penoytinker1183 ah ok fair enough, I didn't hear that. I think a MSP could still claim expenses for a personal device used overseas if it's for parliamentary business. And fair enough too, if you get high roaming charges because of your work, it's fair your work should reimburse. Obviously this particular case was not parliamentary business.

Not wanting to defend the guy because he should resign but wasn't it a personal device? He's a MSP it's reasonable to be doing work on a personal device I think.
