  1. Yeah I've seen the same in the Daily Mail. Reporting an artillery strike on civilians in Donetsk City and claiming the Russians did it. Not sure whether it's because the journalist was just a moron or whether it's a deliberate lie.

  2.  @citrusretna2088  Yes NATO/Washington is to blame but so is the Ukrainian government. They know they won't survive a peace deal so want to go down fighting like Hitler 1945.
