  1. It's because the ex officer clown is trying to BS us and he's not very good at it. For example his ridiculous bluster about whether Ukraine is actually getting tanks. It's actually getting light IFVs and APCs which will almost certainly get destroyed when they come across a real tank or get hit by even the lightest artillery. It's all about propaganda. Look how many tanks we're giving is way more impressive than we're not giving any tanks but here are some lightly armoured tin cans which US soldiers in Vietnam called iron coffins back half a century ago when M113s were actually modern.
