  1. People in Britain often have an unrealistic understanding of Indians because the Indians in Britain tend to be from the intellectual elite. As for the over a billion of them in India, the average IQ is about 85 which is about a standard deviation lower than in Britain.

  2. It's very easy to understand, Indians in the West tend to be from the intellectual elite. The average IQ in India itself is around 85, much much lower than any Western country.

  3. Mean IQ in India is around 85, mean IQ in Britain is around 100. Indians in Britain tend to be from amongst the elite they are NOT typical of the over a billion people in India.
