@notmenotme614 True... but he was stopped by police expecting the danger of getting shot at themselves because his pals had been planning a firearms crime. So although it was bad luck, he made that bad luck.

@notmenotme614 Obviously the police didn't know he didn't have a firearm. They thought anyone driving this vehicle likely did with credible reason. Look at the actual details of the case.

@propagandaisnottrue2121 Maybe none but if the police need to stop a car and expect there's a high chance they're going to get shot at they're going to be jumpy. Accidents can happen. Would never have happened if he wasn't involved in firearms in the first place.
