  1.  @codaalive5076  Yeah the Russian state has just been exploiting the population of the Donbas. The Russian army has treated them like cannon fodder at times. Hopefully after the war there'll be a lot of investment and rebuilding but I'd guess Russia might not have much money to spare after this expensive war.
