  5. Michael Kofman is completely deluded. The longer the war goes on, the smaller Ukraine gets. We're at the point now where it's obvious to anyone with a brain Ukraine is losing. The rate at which Ukraine is losing is only going to accelerate.

  6.  @connieparker9606  99% ethnic differences in Yugoslavia and different ethic groups mainly lived in different regions. Plus there was a lot of fairly recent history of ethnic atrocities (by fairly recent, I mean the Second World War which at the time was only 50 years ago). I'd say the ethnic problems in Yugoslavia in the 1990s were quite a bit worse than the ethnic differences in contemporary USA - which is bad enough.

  7.  @Corvin2696  No, he's right. Ethnic differences in the USA are bad but nowhere near as bad as in 1990s Yugoslavia. If you think they are then you should read guys like Misha Glenny on Yugoslavia breaking up.
