  2. Russia of the 1990s had really serious corruption and could barely be described as a superpower. It struggled militarily against Chechnya. Yes Russia is back now but 1990s Russia was a serious mess.

  4.  @SvetlanaVladimirova8590  Raw numbers aren't the whole story. The German soldier of the early 1940s was vastly more efficient than the soldier of any other major country. In 1940, the Germans defeated the larger French army together with the BEF and the Belgians at the same time. In 1941, the Germans cut through huge Soviet forces. In North Africa, the Germans defeated a larger British force several times despite a difficult supply situation even though the same British force had defeated a vastly larger Italian army. You can argue this changed later in the war but in 1942, man for man, the German army was more powerful than numbers alone suggested.

  7. I don't think they're dangerous for NATO. They'll be really easy to shoot down over contested air space. They're useful as a launch platform for missiles and FAB guided bombs.
