  1.  @aoeu256  For Ukraine specifically, the US was openly funding anti-government movements and Vic Nuland was openly supporting the Maidan protesters. Also the US had a veto on appointing ministers in the new government. One good source is Ukraine in the Crossfire by a Dutch journalist.

  2.  @ChaseyBOIDude  If you didn't hear about this, that's just a testament to the very strong hold over information that the US government has over information now, look into the tight cooperation between FBI/CIA and big tech especially Matt Taibi's study of Twitter. As for Ukraine, a great book is Ukraine in the Crossfire by a Dutch investigative journalist.

  5.  @ChaseyBOIDude  The US funded anti-government organisations in Ukraine including blatantly Banderist groups (ie. extreme nationalists who like Hitlerite symbology). These are the guys who shot at both sides in the Maidan protest to create false flag escalations of violence. US involvement was quite open for example Vic Nuland was handing out supplies to protesters at the Maidan square. And after the coup, the US had a strong influence on the new government. If you don't know it already google Nuland Pyatt leaked telephone conversation.
