  2. If the Ukrainian Kharkov offensive round about a year into the war had not have been stopped by the Russian army the Russians were planning to use tactical nuclear weapons. So long as they have nothing to worry about the Russians won't use nuclear weapons. If they get in serious trouble they will. And what will the West do? Not a damn thing. Because nobody wants nuclear Armageddon. It's Ukraine which will pay the price.
