@Quickshot0 Ukraine can only produce stuff which can be done on small scale and distributed, nobody sane is going to build a large munitions factory in Ukraine. Especially now the Oreshnik demonstrates that going thirty metres underground isn't going to save you.

While the USA keeps smack talking Russia, Russia is taking practical measures to prepare for nuclear war, it is mass producing portable fall out shelters for its cities.
