  1. Immigration of people with very similar culture and genetics from Scotland and England caused huge problems four hundred years ago, Northern Ireland has broken off. It's bizarre how any Irishman can know that but still think the vastly greater modern immigration from mainly Africa is going to be a manageable problem.

  3.  @FutureCommentary1  No, there is really high immigration from Africa. For a long time, if someone from Africa arrived in Ireland and had a baby, the baby would automatically get Irish citizenship then the mother and other family members could stay. An utterly moronic policy which meant that even ten years ago, a quarter of the babies being born in Ireland were African.
