@Alain.Robert I lived in Netherlands, its far from racist. The government goes to great expense to make life easy for immigrants and to make assimilation easy - for those who want to assimilate. Blaming the "racism" of host societies is a particularly stupid slur on the most open cultures on the planet. If it were actually true, these societies wouldn't allow high immigration at all.

True for all of Europe, is just that Netherlands and Denmark did good studies and put numbers on it. In Britain now, the government has stopped publishing statistics on immigrant crime.

The economic case AGAINST immigration is very strong. Netherlands and Denmark did detailed studies on this, on average only immigrants from other Western countries (or Japan) contributed more on average than the host population. Immigrants from non Western countries were a net cost and for many countries, a huge net cost. For example immigration has cost Netherlands 400 billion Euros overall. Also some immigrant groups commit vastly more crime than the host population on average. This is obvious to anyone who lives in Europe.

@jonathanpuigvert7468 In Britain they have access to council housing and the NHS immediately. Asylum seekers are housed in hotels costing over ten billion per year.

@dannydxm Like with many other topics, he just makes stuff up. Earlier on he said Scotland has the oldest population in Europe, something easy to check which you can see is false after a few minutes checking sources. As for the outright propaganda he comes up with on Ukraine...

@fredscallietsoundman9701 Is it crime which makes Somalia poor or is crime in Somalia high because it's poor? In any case, giving people lots of money doesn't change their culture or their attitudes to honesty or violence or how to treat women. In most of the Eastern Europe, it's the richest people who are the criminals.

@HKim0072 If assimilation really worked, these people would just be "Americans". But they're not. People who think assimilation is fast should think about Northern Ireland where after 500 years, the "immigrants" have still not assimilated.

@HKim0072 No I've lived in six countries and speak five languages so your powers of divination aren't as good as you assume. I've demonstrated why assimilation in the USA is mainly a myth, apparently, you have no counter argument. Talking about Native Americans doesn't contradict my point at all. The European incomers REPLACED their culture, they didn't assimilate into it.
