  1. Zeihan is severely misreading this war. The Russians are running low on missiles but there's no evidence they're running low on artillery ammunition. Their production capacity is huge. The Institute for the Study of War is CIA propaganda, look at who owns it and its outrageous claims (like the Russians have been shelling themselves in Donetsk for months) and poor track record. The Kherson counter offensive has already failed, this was obvious by the time this video was released. As for the bridges .... the Russians have a huge fleet of heavy lift helicopters in the region.
