  3.  @jimluebke3869  Either side could have used divers to set charges. All we know for sure is before the Russians pulled back across the river, Ukraine was targeting the dam with missiles.

  5.  @didiersavard6809  Yeah I believe it's normal to periodically open sluices to prevent reservoirs overfilling but obviously and undeniably, doing so contributes to the flooding downstream of the dam. Temporarily keeping those sluices closed at this relatively dry time of year would mitigate the flooding. That Ukraine has opened them - so far as we can tell, several major dams - makes it obvious the Ukrainian government wants to exacerbate the flooding. Both sides lie but the Ukrainian side's motives for destroying the dam seem to be stronger and deliberately exacerbating the effect is just further confirmation who did it.

  6.  @ronarnett4811  Yeah he's a blatant propagandist. Not just someone who's sometimes right and sometimes wrong in good faith but someone who is deliberately propagating propaganda. But he sure has a lot of sycophants :)
