  1. The charge is BS. What he did was not illegal by NC law and, he did not have on body armor. He was wearing a tactical vest. Yeah, he was dumb to go armed to a neighbors home to talk, but it wasn't illegal. And the charge is right up there with the usual police BS like resisting arrest or impeding an investigation.
