Every child should have the funding for their education attached to themselves so they can go where they wish. This is nonsense from the governor to stoke fear and buy teachers union votes. School choice is always the best solution for kids, especially minority kids. NC already allocates over 50% of the states budget to "education" and frankly NC's rankings in education do not look as if the money has been spent well, at all. More money going to the government schools is not the answer.
