  1. The right to keep and bear arms is a human right. Same as self defence. It's what we 2A advocates have argued for decades. Firing at cars going by is a craphead move, but possession is a right.

  2. No, it's a misdemeanor at best and shouldn't even be that. It is not what our founders meant and the constitution grants the government no powers to regulate immigration, only naturalization.
