  4. The front end requires nuclear power to produce truly clean hydrogen energy. With enough nuclear capacity cracking hydrogen becomes cheap and easy and won't require fossil fuels, as it does now. Easy. If you get the Luddites out of the way.

  5. We have built a wall against the PRC that is running from Korea all the way to the Philippines and Singapore (plus the islands and Australia). They are not being secretive, either. They have a billion people and there are few ways to keep them under control. Nationalism and militarism (even economic) are one of their winning pages from the playbook they run. There are far too many old Cold Warriors still in power. Until they're all gone, the degree of danger is higher.
