Why not attack a country that these nuclear weapons are supposed to be in instead of a country that doesn't have nuclear weapons? Oh, I forgot...Russia rather likes being Flash, beating the hell out of Peter Parker, until the day things changed. Trust me, the Ukrainians have never forgotten the Holodomor, and will not allow it to happen again.
