Years ago, at work, we studied the anatomy of disasters and learned that it's not just one large event but the culmination of several small things that lead to the disaster. I would expect the investigation to roughly parallel the Exxon Valdez disaster.

Word to those considering traveling to Maine and Colorado: the Constitutional rights to due process no longer exists.

Not yet, but the White House is blaming Trump for it...

@ceegee3471 I would have bet that we'd have the true story of Roswell and the JFK assassination before the videos were made public.

@Rovingdog628 the footage that contradicts your opinion?

@jdstaggers8805 No one, not even Trump, has ever been charged with insurrection.

Looking more and more like the Soviet Union every day.

Never heard of gallows humor, eh?

@awesomedavid2012 They are showing videos that shows the ship lost all electrical power before the crash.
2
That ship sailed when they dismissed the Texas election case.

Yes, they decided to ignore Article 1 and skip ahead to the one that suits the agenda. Funny thing, that the Communists were recently dismissing the Constitution as an "antiquated, irrelevant document written by white slaveowners", but now they are defending it? Politics makes strange bedfellows indeed.

@ceegee3471 Wrong, not even a Beer Hall Putsch.
1
@ceegee3471 I can see that you're a thinking man. Research the Whiskey Rebellion and the Beer Hall Putsch. Insurrectionists don't take selfies and always require physical force to remove. They don't go home after a few hours.

@blokin5039 When I tried to reply YouTube refused to allow it to post.

@awesomedavid2012 The El Faro had a bridge audio recording system and the NTSB put the transcript online. I highly recommend reading it.

@electricescape1190 Read about the Exxon Valdez disaster. The investigation should have begun with the arrest of the entire bridge crew and testing them for drugs and alcohol. Many ships have a bridge audio recording system like that that helped unravel the El Faro shipwreck, and a voyage data recorder that records things like engine RPM and rudder positioning.

Turn the job offer down and you won't receive unemployment compensation. Cut off your nose to spite your face!
1
@Boats_N_Hoez they'll see his face on the video and geofence his phone and credit card records.
1
Turn the offer down and you will become ineligible to receive unemployment compensation and possibly forfeit your severance package because your status changes from "laid off due to reduction in work" to "voluntary quit".
1
@edithputhy4948 It's not as you say. "Reduction in force" is a common reason for people being let go. But when they call you up and offer you your old job and you refuse the offer then that is reported to the UC office as "voluntary quit" and your checks end.

@dooluv5769 Oooh! Oooh! Orange Man Bad! Orange Man Bad! A$$clown!

@Mr.Precedent Cinematography 101 teaches aspiring directors to make the camera tell the story the way that they want it told. Raw video helps to differentiate between the three types of people who entered the building that day: People who destroyed barricades and fought with the cops. People who stole things, like Nancy's laptop. People who were basically tourists, got there late, and took selfies.

It truly warms my heart to see how many Americans found the time in the middle of the night to comment. It's 5:35 AM ET as I write.

I expect that if the SCOTUS rules against Maine and Colorado the ruling will be dismissed as "illegitimate" and the states will continue down this path, which is similar to the Nullification taken by Southern states before the Civil War.
