  8. I hate to be Captain Obvious, but Trump is a private person and entitled to his opinion. The UAW, on the other hand, fails to meet the basic requirements for a lawsuit, i.e., they cannot prove financial losses or physical harm from Trump's opinion. This is no more than a publicity stunt.
