Now, if only the rest of them would have a moment of clarity...

@peterprentice9179 Is it easier to define what an "assault weapon" is than a "woman"?

The last guy who told the truth was Lincoln, and we all know what happened to him.

This is what passes for "debate" anymore. The downward slide began when Reagan said, dismissively, "there you go again."

@hm3drake35 You jogged some old memories. The first pocket calculator I saw was a Montgomery Ward four-banger costing $99.95! If you had one that could do square roots you were a rockstar! That was Electronics school, 1973.

There hasn't been a "real president" since JFK.

@Daniel15391 YT doesn't allow outside links but I'm sure that if it exists it's on here somewhere, just like the P tape.

@ThatOrangeGuyJ YT doesn't allow outside links, and if you posted one, it's gone now.

@robertbarclay228 Don't you wonder why the other four permanent members of the "Security Council" didn't bother to show up "?

Is Sun Yun Moon on trial?

Ok, Congressman, what would you suggest that we do that's constitutional? Running your mouth and bloviating make for great theater but solve nothing.

As my old man said, "you can be right or be wrong at the top of your voice."

I wonder how much of the $1B he got paid?

@BatDad1984 Oh, do you mean like the scene in BSG 2003 where these statements were heard: "You can't do anything without a vote!" "No, you can't do anything with one."

@hm3drake35 In 1973, most people were intimately familiar with the workings of a slide rule. "Modern" calculators were neither plentiful or inexpensive. The 1973 Lafayette Radio catalog lists exactly two, $99.95 and $149.95, and both required 120 volts AC.

@hm3drake35 Look at the back page of the 1973 Radio Shack catalog. You'll find a four-banger costing $129.95. The minimum wage back then was $2 an hour so better start saving.
