I’m contemplating on buying some land - my mother passed away when was 17 we didn’t get anything but I don’t care about that , but now after working so hard and saving and now this maddness going on and the housing markets going insane - I’m thinking of buying land instead of a higher deposit for a house . Otherwise I’m homeless and that ain’t much better

  8. I felt this is what was happening with rentals and other way take homes off people that were landlords. In Ireland the tax is ridiculous for someone who is a landlord but all the rules etc I know good have some but some rules sort got me thinking outside the box . Maybe this means they will own nothing too as more more landlords are leaving the markets!

Lockdown is insane in Ireland and last 3 weeks I’m losing my Mind 😭 isolation work kid school work kid to school - I’m losing my mind in this maddness - how we get back to not feeling this way ?!!!! I feel so helpless and gonna go crazy . Isolation is killing me and no family Either . One uncle is all . I pray I will survive till next year - maybe I won’t . I don’t know what else to do on this tiny island of none stop lockdown maddness
