  2.  @nnkhmisc I have not installed a lift for 30 years but the company I worked for would have used a plate but you did add concrete to the base. Also the lift you have is hydraulic and will kick out if it’s over its limit. And yes I would check the bolts to see if they’re still tight. I like your setup it will serve you well.
