@kalimacho1 "Stolen" has a clear definition here. Bill Gates didn't improve on QDOS, and QDOS itself was a ripoff. So, no amount of word games can change this fact.

@steveperreira5850 Indeed. None of their products show true originality or creativity. These lizards take in the premise that it is profitable for them, but generally don't have a vision of their own. If IBM hadn't presented their need to Bill Gates, then there would be no DOS. Probably CP/M would dominate. The same thing that happened to CP/M happened to the Xerox Alto.

It is sad. After all Gary Kiddal was the true genius, and Bill Gates was an opportunistic copyist (as always). Yet, history seems to remember the latter well. The same thing happened between Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak. Wozniak was the genius behind Apple. At least, Jobs had vision. Gates has nothing in favor of him, really.
