  2.  @robertmarlow255  The natives not wanting to do certain jobs is a media trope. It is a really stupid excuse and a blatant lie. There are always natives wanting to do those jobs, but they are not chosen because they know their rights, and these companies (mainly state owned) often choose people that don't know and can't fight back case a legal issue arises. It is the same thing in Portugal. They want migrants because they wish to do whatever and not have any legal repercussions. And the state is the biggest perpetrator, namely councils and such.

  3. They should have started panicking a long time ago. But they are intellectually limited. Anyway, they want migrants because they want to have people that they can pay cheaply, disrespect and do illegal stuff with without the risk of legal repercussions. The trope that "natives don't want those jobs" is a lie and a poor excuse. Councils and the state in general are the biggest perpetrators.
