  1. Basically, two contiguous blocks of this building fell to the ground, and the problem started at the edge of a door. Crap construction. This is worse than a sand castle.

  2. "Sulphate from the sea" in a zone that is not near the ocean. "The structure continues to weaken", when in truth it was weakened due to years of infiltration and rotting, and it was crap to begin with. Pure ignorance! If my building and this building collided in a car crash, I'm sure my building would escape unharmed, probably with some broken windows and covered in yellow dust. Ridiculous!
