  1. Their lack of transparency is astounding. I'm glad that I was not chosen for a position inside Cloudflare. These performance reviews can be thwarted and are, in no way, a measure of the actual performance. For instance, if the platform is down and you are not able to submit your work, or if you have a colleague that is dragging you down, you are done. It is easy to get fired in that situation. American companies are undesirable.
