I see two problems: executive order 14071 is incompatible with the GPL by its very nature and Linux Kernel cannot be considered software made in USA, just because a great slice of the devs are from there. Linus Torvalds is Finnish, and if Linus decided to remove his own contributions, you wouldn't have a kernel. Stupid move from Biden, who clearly doesn't know how FOSS works.
