  1. Prisoning kids in NYC. Really, longer classes and Saturdays? Who do they think they are? Change the teachers. End bullying. Change what is wrong instead of doing more wrong. These measures will only increase dropout and hatred for school. Plus, students won't even be able to focus on the subjects in those extra hours, because they will be burned out.
