I don't agree. They think they are anti-fascists, and probably truly believe in it. However, the extremes touch, and incidenty left-extremists happen to use the same tactics as right-extremists, and for me it doesn't matter if the ideologies are different.
Anyway, if you read the fascist manifesto, you will see that it is oddly similar to the communist manifesto. They both abolish private property and promote the idea that the state owns you, when it should be the other way around. Also, Hitler wanted to join the communist party but got rejected, before joining the Nazi party. Go figure the similarities.
In the end, fascists and antifa are the same.

I did have a penchant for abusive people. However, I found out that I also attracted some righteous women as well, in previous years, but never fell for them. I only fell for those abusive, cold and callous women, because that was what attracted me, in my subconsciousness. I think you just need to learn to reject the wrong kind.
If psychopaths suffer or not (I don't believe they do, because they are not human, but like animals that are only guided by their wants/instincts), don't worry about it. They wouldn't worry about you either. You have to learn to see things differently: it is not a matter of retribution (don't be like them) but a matter of self-preservation and, most importantly, a matter of applying your energy on where it is due. For instance, my ex-boss is a psychopath, so I've stopped caring about my work, because I knew it was a lost cause anyway, and I preferred to go out gracefully. He was mad to see no reaction from me, after his provocation attempts, but I really didn't care.

I support the view that legacy code should not be ported to Rust. Basically, all C devs are being ousted. Also, they forget that many devs are voluntary, so if they want to force existing devs to either learn Rust or help, they are basically showing them the door. There is no contractual obligaton, and even if it was, money involved and all, it would reason enough to exit as it breaks contract.
Also, Rust is a cult and I'm more than unwelcome there. It is not the language for me, because I don't like to follow very strict rules, languages that have some form of GC, or languages that are ever changing. C and C++ are well established, and you don't have to use the latest standard .
TLDR: Linux is turning into a sh*tshow, and Rust is a cult that I wish to keep distance from. A new kernel is needed, since Linus is getting as woke as a soybean.

@aladdinbelhaj9266 You can't say that. Sorry, but you can't. Jesus is not a mere prophet for one. He is The One. Also, the Bible warned about false religions and false prophets. And the Bible is accurate and continues to be fulfilled to this day. If you can find, in the Bible, a passage saying that a man should marry many women, without being an adulterer, please then point the reference to me. Or you could try to find a passage where the sun sets in a puddle of mud.
And of course there are many versions of the Bible, but none of them contradict each other! The quran, on the other hand, is able to contradict itself in any chosen version. And also there are many versions of the quran, so your point about the many versions of the Bible is moot on that alone, even if we don't account for the accuracy of the texts.

So, how didn't a door, a wall, or a window collapsed? A metric cube of water weights a ton, and even if the apartment (say, a 85 m2 one) was not filled up to the windows, but only had 10 cm of water, that would represent an additional 8.5 tons of dead weight pressing on the floor, although distributed. That would cause a floor to collapse. Sorry, but an apartment is not a pool, and I can't believe that.
Anyway, regardless of the pool, you could have mold due to water damage indeed, and you don't need much of it. Mold can also be created by having ten or more people inside a house, all sleeping in the same room, and all the windows closed. That is the sort of issues that immigrants cause.

@lowkeyodinson So you don't fit the bill? Because the core of a narcissist/psychopath is that they underrate other's capabilities. I take what you've said with a grain of salt. Most probably, you think are superior but don't want others to know, in order to control them or keep them in check.
My psychopathic boss also claimed to be very innocent and easily fooled, but he was not as stupid as he claimed. He knew way better. He knew perfectly what he was doing, even when pretending to be irrational. He was a liar, basically, and couldn't help himself.
As for the part of not knowing you, indeed, I don't but also don't need to or wish to. I like keeping people like you at bay. As long as you validate certain checks and pass the criteria, that is. Lets say I trust my first judgement, and thus psychopaths will never have the chance of flicking off my alarm button, or gain my trust.

@a_bone_in_the_ocean2276 Not quite. The conquered people that didn't fled to the Asturias also aided the Reconquista, or else it would be impossible because the armies would be stretched too thin. So, it is plausible that the people under Islamic rule were feeling oppressed and wanted freedom. They haven't suddenly converted into Moors during the Moorish invasion, that's for sure. Also, the Reconquista was over in 770 years (at best), but it wouldn't even start from the tiny Asturias if the people were satisfied during Islamic rule.
Mind that the peninsula was reconquered from 718 to 1340, so it yields about 622 years, not 800 as you portray, because you omitted the fact that you lost North Africa as well, and that took the last 152 years, from 1340 to 1492. Also, funnily, during the time of the Moorish domination, the Moors didn't left much of a cultural heritage, except for Cordoba. The Romans were much more influential, and they heritage even survived the invasion. It is no wonder that the Portuguese language has a strong Latin heritage, with just a few names started in "al" that are reminiscent of Islamic culture. You haven't invented the water wheel, but claimed to have brought it here, although that is even debatable because the water wheel was a Roman invention (Vitruvius).

E pirataria no mediterrâneo, podes ver aqui: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbary_pirates . Foi o que trouxe o degredo da idade média, devo acrescentar. Mas ainda assim, a Europa unificou-se e prosperou.
Posto isso, com toda esta informação, se decidires IGNORAR e continuar com a tua, então já sabes o que és.

Paint them as "far-right". LOL. What about this title: "This is what happen when conscious people get fed up.". If I had to guess, whoever is against "THE NARRATIVE" is a Nazi, right? Probably, since the world is against you, but you live is a socialist bubble, the world is far-right. But you, reporters, you don't use public transportation very often, instead sitting your arses in your cars to go to work. Real working people are going homeless, but suddenly, this is the news. F* off you bunch!

@settame1 Actually, no. At the time, it was established that the flow of current is so that positive charges move in the direction of it, and negative charges move opposite to it. They didn't know that electrons had positive or negative charges, nor they did assume the charges were positive by mistake. What they did was very clever: a catch all for both positive and negative charges. Physics has many laws that work like this: a positron is an electron flowing back in time, a white hole is a black hole reversed in time, etc. And yet, it is possible to have positive charges in electricity, either in the form of ions or holes, and they do "move" in the same direction of the established flow of current.
Also, unlike what is taught in schools, there is no "real" direction of current. Conventional direction applies to everything by the same rules. However, the real direction of electrons is counter to that. It doesn't matter.

@queenbeekeeper Worse than lining the core, the graphite was being used as a moderator closely around the fuel channels. Because it was not 100% pure, some of the impurities got activated. For instance, if you happen to have an atom of Cobalt 59, it will be activated to Cobalt 60, which is highly radioactive. That is just an example, and more elements can be activated. Even the carbon itself can be activated, although it does not decay as fast as other elements, and it is less radioactive (though still nasty). There is also Cesium and Iodine isotopes from the fuel itself, which are way more nasty, on par with Cobalt 60.

I think Apple actually rents its products. It is like in communist societies, where you can buy stuff, but it is still state owned (and you are property of the state as well). In this case, Apple owns your Apple products, and tells you how to (not to) fix them, how to dispose of them, and how to replace them. And Apple owns you as a consumer, even if you didn't signed a paper ceding you as your own property. Or, at least, they have the arrogance to think so.
The fact that Apple is able to use state owned organizations to enforce their policies, is not only sign the arrogance of their corporatocracy, it is flat out corruption.

It is disgusting what they did to you. I was almost not to take the vaccine, out of disobedience. I only took it to comply with my parent's request, because I could kill them (so they believe - because for me the vaccine actually made me more limited intellectually, for a time, as it clouded my though process and slowed me down). I know what I'll be doing next time. People should unite in a self-contained community, isolated from the exterior. Without taxes, without government, a simple life, without corruption. I love technology (not consumer gadgets, but creating electronics and investigating/inventing stuff), but I would ditch the practice of my gift for that.

It is also ironic how the EU decided to ban salt, under the false pretense that it caused coronary disease. Yes, it causes hypertension, but it is not the root cause of coronary disease. In fact, the mediterranean diet requires salt for a good reason: to avoid dehydration by promoting water retention. Also, many people in southern Europe are lean. Perhaps, the EU Commision should be less allowing of beer or strudel sauce, but, of course, Germany and other nordic countries would never allow it, despite the rampant obesity there.

@bergerkos Agree, and it wouldn't matter if He was black, me being white. But most probably He is nor black or white, but the typical guy that you would find in Galilee at that time.
Unfortunately, there are sects of, BLM like religious group of Black "Israelites", that say that all white men are descendants from Esau and, therefore, evil. To anyone who thinks like that, I say, beware when you judge good people as wicked, comparing them to goats because they don't have curly hair. There are good white people as there are bad white people. Whites come from Japhet as Blacks come from Ham, if I so believe. Europe was already populated at the time of Jacob and Esau, since it was populated by one of the sons of Noah. The descendants of Esau were forced to convert to Judaism, but they still follow the Talmud and not the Torah. That is what makes sense to me.
When I've learned this today, about these sects, I got enraged, because how could God, so loving, hate white men? Of course He doesn't. But for a fleeting moment, I fell. These so called Black "Israelites" are causing grief and separation among the believers, and that is very bad. And they are adulterating passages of the Bible to fit that belief. And if they are from God, why so much hate? Hasn't God told to love your enemy?

The only really bad thing are the drivers. My previous card, which I will keep, was a GTX 1050-Ti. Unfortunately, Nvidia drivers for Linux are crap, and were not released for Kubuntu 22.04 LTS. So I've decided to go ATI this time. The RX 6600, even the non-XT, albeit dubious by today's standards, is still 200% more powerful than my previous card. It is a card for anyone on a budget. And the scalpers hadn't attacked it much, yet, because I was able to find the 6600 (non-XT) near MRSP.
But really, ATI has to solve the issue with the Linux drivers for the 6600 and 6600-XT. It is almost unusable due to constant crashes, unless you are always running GPU demanding tasks in the background. This is probably related to some power state that the card goes to if not used.
