I'm a white woman supposedly I'm the one that's supposed to have things the easiest in life society speaking, yet I've been homeless as a teenager and was getting beat up in public multiple times by adult men and not one person ever helped me! I've been homeless before the only person who was able to help me was my mom, thank God for her!

Sorry to bring up a personal anecdote but your comment really touched me because it's so uncommon for somebody to help, I mean you could be in the worst situation possible as a small teenage girl and getting beat up in public and not one person will come ask if you need help, not even when you're on the ground with a concussion. I cannot stand society, and this was in liberal Seattle! Downtown on 4th and pine in broad daylight, I was a homeless teen due to circumstances that were beyond my control, and the survival that I went through was worse than what I imagined boot camp to be like because at least you can change your clothes if you get beat up😢

  4. No one should ever become homeless because their school or institution closed, ridiculous! The school needs to be held accountable for not having a plan in place to find immediate housing and safe spaces for their student body.
