  7. ​ @gavin-1237  it's actually it's happened a few times, we went over some of these cases in law school. It's a losing situation because the homeowner is not liable for anything that happens when somebody breaks into their home, however there was a case where the homeowner was found liable and that was the springtrap case. Google it.
