  2. That's why you never shoot a weapon unless your life is in danger. His life was not in danger. You have to actually verify that your life is in danger before you shoot. You can't just shoot somebody with a toy gun and say it's because you thought it was real. You have to know that it was real 100%. That guy clearly has never taken a firearms safety class. Figures it's in texas. Up here in Washington, you HAVE to take a class to have a CPL.
